  • Updating of ISO and Environment Health and Sustainability documentation
  • Compiling of plant trending report
  • Compiling and updating of plant equipment
  • Updating of lighting power budget
  • Updating of plant equipment, drawing and e-filing
  • Liaise with tenant to gather maintenance reports
  • Perform other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Preferred studies in Facilities Management or any other related disciplines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Bonus if proficient in Beam, Revit, Auto cad and Sketch up
