NTUC LearningHub (LHUB™) was corporatised on 1 August 2004. Initially set up in 1982 as the NTUC Computer Training Centre, a division under the Skills Development Department of the NTUC Administration and Research Unit, the organisation has evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs of Singaporeans to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy.


DESIGNATION : Associate Trainer, Social Media Management RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Demonstrate understanding in of social media setup and challenges
  • Formulate business strategy in social media environment
  • Solid knowledge of media management and marketing analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google AdWords)
  • Knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Facilitate and conduct training on social media management skills
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends
  • High IT literacy and strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Advanced/Higher Dip or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Management or Media Management or related field
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) OR WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
  • At least 1 year of teaching / training experience
OTHER INFORMATION
  • Prepared to train at different training locations
  • Able to conduct evening and weekend training
  • Ability to work in a team environment
