Job Description Direct Responsibilities
  • Overall IT PM for the program.
  • IT Delivery leader for the program - Working with Front Office, Operations, Finance and Technology stakeholders for the target architecture implementation
  • Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance
    Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning and securing the deliveries
  • Test management for the front to finance chain
  • Stakeholder management, running program governance, Steering committees, regular operational and working committee
  • Technical & Behavioral Competencies
  • Ability to understand transversal architecture in a Capital Markets context
  • Basic technical analysis skills on systems interfacing, identify gaps and propose resolutions
  • Knowledge on Trade life cycle
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across geographies
  • Previous experience in working in Matrix organizations
