Your Responsibilities: -

  • Clean and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Verify chemical levels and inventory.
  • Arrange stations with plates, crockery, cutlery, and refill items as needed.
  • Ensure sufficient clean tableware for both dining and kitchen areas.
  • Perform end-of-day dishwasher maintenance.
  • Clean all soiled items.
  • Dispose of broken items correctly.
  • Take out trash and manage waste.
  • Sanitize and close workstations after cleaning.
