Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders....

Working location: UE Bizhub West

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders
  • Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and dependencies to ensure efficient project execution
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimise impact on project schedules and outcomes
  • Schedule and organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
  • Communicate project status updates, progress reports, and issues to stakeholders and project teams
  • Prepare regular project status reports, variance analysis, and other project-related documentation as required
  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among project team members, ensuring clarity on tasks and responsibilities
  • Assist in resolving conflicts and issues within project teams, escalating to project managers as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
