Job Description

We are looking for interns that can fulfil their internship within the time period

Job Description:
  • Understand event concept, objectives & deliverables in order to work together with the team to come out with compelling event proposition
  • Ability to manage workflow process of events planning such as scheduling, budgeting and sourcing of venues and vendors as required
  • Ensure all events are in compliance with policies and guidelines
  • Work with and provide event information to audience marketing and communications teams for the development & execution of promotion plans
  • Present on-site to provide support, & ensure operational efficiencies.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Photoshop and illustrator will be bonus
  • Available to work on weekends and long hours during events period
  • Knowledge on digital streaming
  • Candidate must be currently enrolled at a local educational institution.
  • The internship is recognized as part of the schools official curriculum.
