SingHealth Community Hospitals Executive, Staffing Job Category: Administration Posting Date: 15 May 2024

You will support the HR operations within SingHealth Community Hospitals and play a vital role in engaging and partnering with internal/external key stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of HR operations.


You will be involved in the HR management and administration functions, which includes business partnering, recruitment, implementing of HRIS projects, employee relations and exit management. You are also expected to monitor expiring contracts, renew practicing certificates, and update personnel records in HRIS, as well as perform any other duties that may be assigned by your supervisor(s).


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably major in Human Resource or Business Administration
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in HR
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and a keen learning attitude
  • Customer service-oriented, resourceful, meticulous, organised and independent
  • Strong in written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for Senior Executive role
