Developing training materials and conducting training sessions and workshops. Establishing business knowledge and awareness of shared company goals....

  • Reporting to the senior managers as required.
  • Liaising between the Managers and other employees.
  • Hiring and training new employees.
  • Developing training materials and conducting training sessions and workshops.
  • Establishing business knowledge and awareness of shared company goals.
  • Monitoring both individual and team job performance metrics.
  • Providing staff with technical guidance and assistance.
  • Relaying productivity concerns to the Managers.
  • Preparing job descriptions and work schedules.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required.
  • Assisting the loading and unloading of the receivables and products
  • Assisting the team to send off the product to client
  • Maintaining the receivables in order at the warehouse
  • Maintaining the proper records of the warehouse
  • Submitting the records by shift basis to Manager and management
  • Recommending to work in week ends and public holidays
