Job description

includes but not exclusive of

  • Front desk and customer service duties
  • Scheduling of appointments and patient registration
  • Using electronic medical records
  • Answering phone calls and enquiries
  • Maintaining and updating databases
  • Processing invoice, payment collection and insurance claims
  • Chaperoning the doctor for physical examination of female patients
    • Everyday housekeeping
