Singapore Art Museum opened in 1996 as the first art museum in Singapore. DESIGNATION : Senior Executive, HR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Executive, HR, will be part of the Visual Arts Cluster (VAC) HR team which supports both the National Gallery and Singapore Art Museum. The team contributes to the organisations effectiveness by providing tactical support on people and organisation development strategies and initiatives. The individual in this role will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders cross functionally and collaborates with HR colleagues.
People Services (PS)
- Assist HR Business Partners in supporting stakeholders through the employee life cycle, including but not limited to recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Oversee HR operations for PS such as administering of work pass applications, preparing employee documents and other related tasks.
- Manage the end-to-end process for onboarding new employees, confirmation and offboarding departing staff, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience.
- Lead and contribute to the internship and scholarship programme.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks / projects as assigned.
Organisation Development (OD)
- Provide support in the implementation and coordination of employee engagement initiatives such as employee engagement survey, townhalls, listening platforms, etc
- Support HRs internal communications such as monthly staff updates, handbooks, induction resources etc.
- Assist in the coordination of learning and development programs, including scheduling and logistics, rostering, registration, tracking participation and completion and post-programme evaluation where necessary.
- Monitor and maintain learning & development training records for reporting, tracking and analysis.
- Participate in any other ad-hoc OD related projects that may arise from time to time.
