We are looking for dedicated part-timers to join our Customer Service team, providing exceptional administrative and remote support for our medical services & products via phone, email, and chat during assigned shifts. Join us in delivering top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests during your assigned shift.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with products remotely.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions in the Jira system.
  • Adhere to standard processes while delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through training materials.

Job Requirements :

  • Possess a functional laptop with reliable high-speed internet connection for the shift duration.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, comfortable with remote communication.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in multitasking.
  • Basic technical aptitude to understand medical device usage.
  • Ability to stay calm and patient when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote support role.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, digital communication/remote tools.
  • Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision.

Other Information :

  • Work from home
  • $50 per shift with monthly incentive
  • Two shifts available - AM (8am-4pm) and PM (4pm-12midnight).
  • Shifts will be assigned by the Customer Support Lead (AM or PM).
  • Training will be provided.
